Winter Athletics start Nov 18.  

PLEASE EMAIL THE COACH with QUESTIONS REGARDING YOUR SPORT.

Refunds (for cuts) for WINTER sports will be issued after all rosters are finalized. 

 

Ice Hockey registration will be done through the participating school (CC or GHS).

Girls Wrestling registration is done through Eaglecrest HS.

Athletes will NOT be allowed to try out or practice until the following items are completed:

1. Online Registration
2. Current Physican, parent and student signed Medical Eligibility Form (page 4 only of the new physical) uploaded in the registration -- 
   

   CHSAA PPE Form Aug Update Version.pdf. 

3. Physicals are valid for one year (365 days) from the date of the last exam and must cover the sport season.
4. Payment is done in the registration.
5. Cleared by the Athletics Office (email will be sent to parent with clearance status). District Parent forms must be completed, as well.
